How to access online course – existing member

The following are steps you will need to take if you have already set up an account with this Online Safety Learning website.

If you are new to this site, please see “How to access online course – new members”

To access your new courses, click on MY ACCOUNT from the top main menu.
From here, enter your user name and password that you used when you originally set up your account.
If you lost your password, click “LOST YOUR PASSWORD?” link on the screen. Enter your email you used to originally set up your account and press RESET PASSWORD.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to change your password – a link will be provided.

Once you have changed your password, go back to MY ACCOUNT and enter your email address and your NEW password.
Once in your account, you can access your currently available courses! To start any course, click anywhere in the grey box that is under the picture thumbnail.
